Messages are sent by Triumphant EES LLC using the TARS Messaging System on behalf of participating businesses and agents who subscribe to our service.

2. Purpose of Messages

The TARS Messaging System sends customer care and account-related messages in response to inbound calls and inquiries. This includes:

  • Missed-call follow-up messages
  • Responses to inquiries initiated by the consumer
  • Service-related communications

We do not send promotional, marketing, or advertising messages. All messages are directly related to the consumer's inbound contact with a participating business.

3. Consent / Opt-In

TARS uses an inbound opt-in model. Consumers provide consent by initiating contact with a participating business:

How Consent Is Obtained

  • Inbound Call: When a consumer places a call to a TARS-enabled business phone number, they may hear a brief disclosure indicating that by continuing the call, they consent to receiving a text message related to their inquiry if the call is missed.
  • Inbound Text: When a consumer sends a text message to a TARS-enabled number, they consent to receiving a response.

By initiating contact (placing an inbound call or sending an inbound message) to a participating business number that uses TARS, the consumer consents to receive a follow-up text message related to their inquiry.

Verbal Consent Disclosure

During calls to TARS-enabled numbers, callers may hear the following or a similar disclosure:

"By continuing this call, you consent to receive a text message if your call is not answered. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary.

Typically, consumers receive one automated text message per missed call. Additional messages may be sent if the consumer replies and a conversation continues with the business.

Standard carrier messaging and data rates apply to all messages sent and received. Please consult your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

6. Opt-Out / STOP Instructions

You can opt out of receiving messages at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe and stop receiving messages.
  • Reply START to opt back in and resume receiving messages.
  • Reply HELP for help and support information.

STOP Confirmation

When you reply STOP, you will receive the following confirmation:

TARS Messaging System: You're opted out and will no longer receive messages. Reply START to opt back in.

START Confirmation

When you reply START to re-subscribe, you will receive:

TARS Messaging System: You're opted back in. Message frequency may vary. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

HELP Response

When you reply HELP, you will receive:

TARS Messaging System: For help, contact support@triumphantees.com or visit https://www.triumphantees.com. Reply STOP to opt out.

7. Privacy

We do not sell your personal information.

Information collected through the TARS Messaging System is used solely to facilitate communication between you and the business you contacted. We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number or personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
